Overcoming resistance – is it the only way?
Working with resistance requires self-awareness, attentiveness, and openness. The right tools can also make a difference. One key objective of the session is to shift the perspective on resistance, viewing it not as an obstacle but as a symptom—an indicator that signals underlying issues and draws attention to important areas for change.

Game changing resilience | Leader resilience | Organization resilience.

(13.06., on-site)

How to build individual resilience?

How to build organizational resilience?

How does personal resilience fuel and increase the level of resilience in an organization?

The basic tasks of a leader are to take control of one’s own energy and help To manage the energy of those around” Peter Drucker.

05

GAME-CHANGING
MINDSET

Game changing mindset | Leader self-awareness

(28-29.08., online)

What don’t you still know about yourself?

How to recognize your values? How to defend them in moments of trial?

How does self-knowledge affect the quality of leadership?

Self-awareness—the ability to recognize one’s strengths, weaknesses, limits, and boundaries—is becoming a core competency for leaders in times of change.
This module prepares you to confront the person who can be your greatest ally or your biggest obstacle: yourself. Leadership roles demand the continuous development of skills and the ability to navigate the fast-paced nature of change with attentiveness and resilience.

(18-19.09., online)

How do you design experiences that delight customers?

How is ESG changing the customer experience design process?

STRATEGY WORKSHOP
TIME MACHINE

(16.10., on-site)

How do you use visualization and mentalization to work on your organization’s strategy?

How to involve the team in the strategy work?

How to cascade strategy in an organization?

We are witnessing how traditional approaches to strategic planning no longer align with today’s dynamic reality. Vision and strategic direction have become more important than rigid plans—but are we truly prepared for this shift?
All alumni and academy participants are invited to join the discussion.

“We need more strategic thinking and less planning,” urges Henry Mintzberg, professor of management at INSEAD.

Trust | Dealing with culture clash | Courage

13-14.11, online

How to build a culture of collaboration?

How to use resistance constructively?

How to create rules that organize reality?

How to manage conflicts with courage?

Conflicts often carry negative connotations. We tend to see them as undesirable, a threat to our comfort, something to be avoided. At times, they even evoke fear.
But why do we need conflicts? Would life be better without them? How can we navigate them effectively? More importantly, how can we leverage conflicts to benefit ourselves, our teams, and our organizations? Can conflicts serve as a catalyst for change?

STORYTELLING

Storytelling | Selling your ideas

(05.12., on-site)

How to tell the story of change to engage people?

How to communicate the goals, vision and details of the transformation?

The foundation of communication through storytelling is to convey why we are doing something, why I, as a leader, believe in it, and why it matters. People follow leaders because they connect with their purpose—the deeper why behind their actions.
MBC is a comprehensive program that enhances leadership experience through its Storytelling module, equipping leaders with the tools to inspire and engage others effectively.

Celebrating successes

(February 27, 2026, on-site/March 13, 2026, on-site)
