Game branded solutions Changers Academy are development experiences of varying durations – from one-off, energetic shots (shots) for TOP cadre – GCA Power Shot; to a year-long development program for game changers, strategists, implementerswho recognize interdependencies and are able to benefit from them – GCA Master of Business Change. It’s a place for those who want to get to know themselves better and gain the new tools necessary to lead change, build sustainable and resilient teams. So as to maximize the chance of success.

WHY
GCA?

80% of leaders expect the next few years to bring fundamental changes to their companies’ business models. The immediate impetus often comes suddenly with this, and only some organizations are able to seize the opportunity. There are many that miss the momentum and, like Nokia or Kodak, give way to others.

The findings are absolute. For 2/3 of organizations, turning new strategies into action, is a challenge that ends in failure. Innovative projects and transformation processes completed with the expected result are rare. The so-called performance gap – the gap between what we know to do and how to do it, and how we actually act in situations of change – is largely responsible for this. When emotions, pace, role and goal ambiguity or simply EGO push us to decisions and reactions that amaze ourselves.

We have gathered around GCA a group of experts who are innovators in their fields: psychologists, sociologists, practitioners and business consultants.

We are united by a healthy optimism and belief in the possibility of change for the better, trust in sound knowledge and intuition built on experience. We created Game Changers Academy for those on whom the success of the transformation depends, so especially: – directors of strategy, innovation and development – leaders of organizational change and strategic projects – those responsible for digital transformation – heads of new business – managers responsible for HR and organizational culture – change managers – project managers.

Every year, organizations that are facing change: both subtle course corrections and radical transformation processes, join GCA’s programs and training courses. Game changers, visionaries looking for a way to increase their impact on the fate of the company, are the ones who most often end up here, and they are the ones who then pull entire teams together.

Studies show that gamechangers number between 10 and 20% in any organization; they are characterized by a combination of imagination and passion. Imagination allows you to see what others don’t yet see: potential, opportunity, a non-obvious connection. Passion pushes them to act, despite obstacles that arise. Very often they are the ones who launch new projects, search for novelties, but it is the diverse teams of specialists that are needed to implement innovations and permanently introduce them into business practice. And this is where the real challenge begins.

We believe that it does. GCA was created to develop the three areas of transformational leader focus identified by Daniel Goleman based on years of research. Akadama gives space to train a “healthy” focus on oneself, i.e. deepened self-knowledge, self-control and intrinsic motivation. Secondly, attentiveness to others: their needs, capabilities and motivations. The list closes with the ability to think strategically, to challenge business assumptions and see opportunities before they become market obvious. GCA helps bypass, move or leap over obstacles that arise in the path of innovation and transformation. Team up, enlisting others, because it is not Game changers alone who build modern and agile organizations.  

WHAT CAN PARTICIPANTS EXPECT?

Intensive Minimalism: Science knows quite a bit about adult learning and development processes. The most effective is experiential learning: discussed, thought through, analyzed, preferably in dialogue. The Academy and Power Shots program was created based on the latest trends, in the spirit of intense minimalism.

GCA METHOD

It is rich in games, interactions, emotions, exchanges, mixed with inspiration from top experts and practitioners, useful kejs and the latest theory.

Each workshop concept is created for busy people who want to develop themselves, taking care of every minute. You will be invited to participate in methodically designed, unique developmental formats.

The quality and meaningfulness of each element of the workshop is overseen by Director, chief learning desiner Jagoda GandziarowskaZiolecka. Jagoda has been working for more than 15 years with staff managers of in Poland and the world. Design solutions development learned from in Poland, Switzerland, USA. Academy modules are sensibly related, the content is complementary and not repetitive, because the expert staff is not a random group, but a methodically built and team that has been working together and improving for years.

On the advice of Prof. Rosbeth Moss Kanter (Harvard Business School), we invite you to go Out of the box and out of the building. Development programs or quarterly community meetings are always an opportunity to broaden your perspective: a festival of diversity in jobs, sectors, ways of doing things.

In the annual Academies, but also after their completion, we involve the GCA community both in further development activities (Club meetings, Game Changers Coffee, annual conference), we invite graduates in the role of expert-gamechangers), and we encourage you to join social projects in which your time , competence and managerial experience can affect real changes in social life, As in the case of the KIDS Foundation Children’s Hospital Innovators Club, in the creation of which the participants of the 2018 Edition were heavily involved. Join our community and stay up to date.

We work with the GC Index model, in which we go beyond the paradigm of lone, heroic leadership. It’s a modern, data-driven tool for building cultures and management teams.

We use them when working with top cadre teams to build game-changing leadership teams from a group of individuals. The GC Index is a state-of-the-art model for measuring and describing five different ways people tend to influence. It is scalable and flexible. It reveals the unique configuration of management teams and even entire organizations, helps make business decisions, and supports leaders in moments of strategic change.

Our experience gained over the years in various industries, sectors, on several continents.

We reach for proprietary training concepts used in Poland for over a decade, licensed simulations awarded in international competitions, hundreds of implemented workshops and programs in various industries, 6 editions of the MBC Academy, experienced consultants. And Yours: every GCA meeting is a departure from the traditional lecture or training format. We will reach for a variety of development tools (business simulations, organometric and psychometric tools, Fuck-up nights, others) to create a space for development for all participants, with different experience and learning profiles.
