Jagoda Gandziarowska-Ziołecka

She specializes in leveraging simulation games to build high-performing teams, enhance organizational communication, and foster collaboration based on trust and goal orientation. She is the author of publications on the application of games and simulations in public administration and is deeply passionate about improving the quality of collaboration in public life.
As a co-founder of Competence Game, she has developed online games for competency assessment and recruitment. She has also lectured on game-based learning at the Warsaw School of Economics, University of Warsaw, Kozminski University, and the Academy of Evaluation.
From 2010 to 2014, she served as a board member of the International Simulation and Gaming Association (ISAGA).
