Ania Zielinska – Wolfigiel
An HR consultant and trainer with over ten years of professional experience in both consulting firms and in-house HR roles, she is currently the owner of LYKOS Consulting and a contract trainer at Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych. She also teaches at universities and delivers corporate training and workshops in areas such as HR strategy, leadership, recruitment, team building, career development, motivation, communication, and operations. Her expertise extends to leadership development, including goal setting, team management, motivation, presentation skills, and self-presentation. In the field of sales, she focuses on customer needs analysis, win-win negotiations, closing sales, and B2B sales. Additionally, she provides career coaching through one-on-one counseling, career path mapping, competency awareness, resume building, and interview preparation.
She also serves as an HR Interim Manager for a manufacturing company in the building materials industry. With extensive experience in recruitment, she has successfully led numerous executive and managerial hiring processes at n, n-1, and n-2 levels, filling several hundred positions. Beyond recruitment, she advises companies on organizational structure and corporate culture development.
She holds a degree from the University of Wrocław in Polish Language & Culture for Foreigners and a postgraduate degree in Labor and Human Resources Management from the Poznań University of Economics. She is a licensed trainer-trainer (Ministry of Education, No. 6281/2015), a certified coach (New Motivations, Certificate No. 1684/16), and a MindSonar® and Competence Game® coach. She has also completed a coaching course at Human Advice (Certificate No. 15,003.2016).
Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, she has participated in numerous training programs and seminars in Poland and abroad, including Business Mastery, a workshop organized by Anthony Robbins’ organization in Las Vegas, USA. Her experience spans multinational corporations and HR consulting firms, where she has honed her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR consulting.
