Joanna Średnicka
Co-founder of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych and creator of the Competence Game, an online competence assessment platform. Founder of Game Changers Academy. Entrepreneur and managing partner in three companies specializing in consulting, game-based training, leadership development, and e-commerce (ExperienceCorner.com). Holds a PhD in Social Sciences.
From 2004 to 2017, she led the R&D department at Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, co-designing training games that received international awards (USA, Canada, Ireland, Poland). With over a decade of experience in managing companies with consistent financial growth, she has successfully operated in both Polish and international markets.
Her expertise lies in team management, talent development, and analyzing organizational change. She has delivered over 2,000 hours of interventions and development programs utilizing games and simulations. A certified designer and member of NASAGA (North American Simulation and Gaming Association), she is recognized as an expert in research and organizational development, specializing in culture, processes, and operating models.
As a lecturer, she collaborates with SWPS University, Warsaw School of Economics, University of Warsaw, Collegium Civitas, and TU Delft (Netherlands). Additionally, she serves as an expert at international business game design conferences.
She is a graduate of the prestigious Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative 2017, an entrepreneurial program organized by the U.S. State Department and The German Marshall Fund of the United States, aimed at fostering collaboration between companies and startups.
