Game Changers Academy has been holding open meetings since 2017, as part of promoting and discussing modern management. The first meeting was created for managers, team leaders, department heads, heads of companies, and managers of organizations and was dedicated to business transformation. This meeting combined expertise, experience, and interaction among participants. It was called The Game of Business Evolution – a workshop for leaders of digital transformation.
When designing this event, as well as every one of the others, we primarily took into account current trends and management challenges. The themes of digital transformation, and connecting corporations with startups, were having their golden era at the time.
Of course, this process is still going on, although in 2017 it was not so obvious – today no one needs to be convinced of the value of accelerating startups to corporations.
For participants in the development programs for change leaders, we have made provision for additional participation in all our initiatives. As a result, today the Game Changers Academy Leadership Club is a broad network that includes professors, PhDs, CEOs, as well as managers and professionals who are committed to breaking the mould and successfully implementing the most complex changes.
We dedicate our events to all those who want to change their organizations, seek inspiration for modern management, and those who want to develop in the spirit of experiential learning.
In today’s era of remote work, we are also hosting open online events, with reports to be published soon. What was once a new format for us in early 2020 has now become second nature, and we take pride in successfully delivering interactive meetings in this format.
All companies want to be game changers in their industry. The Game Changers Academy programs provide insights on structuring strategic activities within top teams to achieve this goal.

From this conclusion emerges one of the important features and goals of the meetings organized by the Game Changers Academy – to educate the market and provide contexts for the knowledge exchange between practitioners, experts and theorists.
The Game of… series has become a staple in the calendars of modern management advocates and leadership trend enthusiasts. Our meetings attract both those who stay up to date with the latest research and those who intuitively explore new approaches to driving change, executing projects, and leading teams.
Everyone is welcome, as diversity is the cornerstone of Game Changers Academy and one of our core values. This commitment to diversity is also reflected in the variety of our event formats—from large, conference-style gatherings to intimate thematic masterclasses and semi-open modules of our annual GCA Master of Business Change Academy.
