Implementation of Game Changing Index®
Game Changers Academy is a distributor and The GC Index partner in Poland – we have already implemented several hundred tests, consulting sessions and workshops for executives based on the GC Index scores.
STEP 1
Filling out a test (about 15 minutes) and an individual feedback session (45 minutes) by each member of the management team.
STEP 2
The data is then aggregated, and a report is produced to demonstrate the configuration of the team and the dominant ways of exerting influence. The potential that can be activated is also revealed, always in relation to actual business challenges.
STEP 3
Maximizing Team Impact Workshop is an interactive workshop where the data presented is the starting point for finding sources of growth, innovation and efficiency. The workshop is also an opportunity for team members to get to know each other better.
