LEADER OR
GAME CHANGER?
Classical leadership programs were created to prepare leaders to efficiently manage processes, build strategy, and ensure sustainable growth of the organization.
The Game Changers that modern organizations urgently need differ from traditional leaders. They are more inclined to challenge the status quo, ask difficult questions, and question established assumptions. They embrace risk and are often driven by a strong belief in their vision. To have a greater impact, they do not necessarily aspire to climb the power hierarchy. A Game Changer can be a leader—and often is—but not every leader is or aspires to be a Game Changer. In order to initiate, implement and perpetuate bold changes game changers need a specific set of competencies and tools that they often don’t find in classic leadership academies.
