Another edition of the GCA Master of Business Change has come to an end! In 2021 we met mainly online, although there were also a few stationary events. Nevertheless, we are even more excited about the vision of meeting in person with alumni to sum up the participation in the 4th edition of GCA Master of Business Change. So it’s time to take stock of the last year spent together and reflect on what lies ahead.
Already on Monday, January 24, we are most pleased to present certificates to the leaders who_who defended their certification papers in December. 15 people will join the ranks of graduates this time!
Before we give thanks for a year full of shared challenges, activities, energy flow and great commitment, we want to experience something together once again. Our plans for the penultimate Monday in January include playing the Resilience Game and talking with experts about building resilient and resilient organizations.
We will conduct the discussion with the participation of business practitioners online, among the experts this time:
– Paulina Kaczmarek, Head of Sustainability, DANONE
– Joanna Średnicka, CEO of Game Changers Academy, PhD,
– Prof. Piotr Ploszajski, economist, MBA-SGH lecturer.
The discussion will be moderated by Game Changers Coffee host Bartosz Soja.
The questions we will seek answers to during the discussion are primarily:
- What to bet on in today’s world?
- Which business models will prove most effective?
- How to build sustainable and resilient organizations?
Everyone interested in modern management, development of managerial competencies, contemporary challenges of transformation and issues of authentic leadership are invited to this part.
You will be able to listen to the conversation “live” on our social media channels (FB profile) – we already invite you to watch here.

More on the discussion:
The Covid-19 pandemic revealed many imperfections in the global system. The first months of the pandemic crisis made us reflect on the destructive impact of uncontrolled consumption, mass movement or the lack of resilience of many organizations and systems to unexpected shocks and crises. In the panel, we want to talk about the future. To what extent will the logic of efficiency maximization, optimization at all costs, which has dominated for decades, have to leave the scene, giving way to values such as sustainability, “anti-fragility” or extreme flexibility.
Key questions:
- How do we build individual, organizational and whole-system resilience in the face of successive crises, with the climate one at the forefront?
- Green washing or real change? Business in the face of climate catastrophe
- What crises and turbulence to expect in the coming years?
The talk will include:
