Ahead of us is the sixth edition of Master of Business Change – and with it the Game Changers Coffee series. This year we have prepared a series of online meetings from September 16 to October 20. As always, we will meet on Fridays (or Thursdays) at 11:00 am and discuss the competencies of Game Changers. Read more about the Master of Business Change program here.
Let’s get to know each other over coffee! Once a week, until the end of October, we invite you to an hour-long online meeting where we talk about the Game Changers Academy Master of Business Change offer, the roots of the Program, its shape and goals. We will create an opportunity and space to get to know not only the concept and idea behind GCA MBC, but also the experts, alumni, trainers and the Game Changers Academy team. Over freshly brewed coffee, we will meet to introduce the offer and provide a bit of inspiration around the topics of selected modules of the open GCA MBC Program, which starts for the sixth time in November 2022!
We have planned this year’s series of fall online meetings to provide a dose of knowledge, a dose of inspiration and a handful of tips on each topic.
We have 6 meetings ahead of us, on 5 modules (of the 10 that are in the Master of Business Change program), and consequently key leadership competencies:

Experts and guests for each meeting will be confirmed soon. In the meantime, we warmly encourage you to actively participate in the Game Changers Coffee series meetings. Friday coffee meetings are a time you can use during the day to talk with the Game Changers Academy team about current challenges of leaders in areas such as leadership, strategy, communication, collaboration.
And it can be a prelude to more frequent and fuller leadership meetings of those who influence the success of transformation and change!

In a mini-panel format, we will learn the profiles of Game Changer and entrepreneur – Joanna Średnicka, and investor, executive recruiter, business angel and undisputed Game Changer – Daniel Lewczuk. We will also learn how they view the role of Game Changers in times of crises, dynamic change and invariably accelerating transformation.
We will look for answers to the questions:
- Is every transformational leader a gamechanger?
- What competencies are needed to successfully implement change?
- Why do organizations and companies need Game Changers?
- What makes a Game Changer – Strategist turn innovative visions and ideas into successful strategies?
