June 12, 12.30-14.30
ZNAK Social Publishing Institute, 37 Kościuszki St., 30-105 Cracow.
We invite you to the fourth leadership meeting of the “Strategy at the Crossroads” series. This time in Cracow.
Among leaders, managers, and those responsible for organizational transformation, we want to talk about strategy in changing, unpredictable times.
“We need more strategic thinking and less planning,” says Henry Mintzberg, professor of management at INSEAD.
We are seeing how the old thinking about strategic planning no longer fits the dynamic reality. Vision and strategic direction, combined with a readiness to change and adapt quickly, have become far more important than rigid plans. But are we ready for it?
Meeting topics:
– In the fast-paced world of BANI, VUCA – does strategic planning still make sense?
– Is cascading changes and decisions feasible at this rate?
– How do you turn a vision into an action plan?
– If not 20th century strategic planning, then what’s next?
Who is this meeting for?
- You are a leader and are looking for inspiration in the area of strategy definition and implementation.
- You appreciate the exchange of ideas, discussions in an interdisciplinary group of managers and leaders from different organizations.
