We would like to invite you to the final Game Changers Coffee on January 22 this year at 10:00 am. The topic of the last meeting, like the 10-module Master of Business Change Academy, will be Conflict Management.
This time, participants are invited to take part in an interactive workshop, during which they will learn:
- How to build a culture of collaboration?
- How to use resistance constructively?
- How to create rules that organize reality?
- How to manage conflicts with courage?
What can you expect?
In the first part, you will take part in the Fishing simulation game.
- Together with other participants, you will face the conflicts that arise in a situation of volatility, uncertainty and ambiguity of purpose.
- You will face negotiations and the need to make decisions on which your success or failure will depend.
- You will find out how you handle conflict situations yourself. Whether you are closer to resolving or avoiding confrontation.
The second part of the meeting will be an opportunity for methodical workshop work.
- We will translate the conclusions of the game into business reality.
- You will learn about the types of conflicts, their background and finally how to deal with them.
This part will be overseen by Rafal Olejniczak – a manager with many years of experience in management and a coach dedicated to developing leaders’ self-awareness and improving the functioning of management.
The meeting will be attended by experts and graduates of Game Changers Academy programs, leaders from various organizations, managers and team leaders responsible for business transformation and development, as well as HR business partners supporting management development.
Rules of participation:
- The Game Changers Coffee meeting Conflict Management is an interactive workshop (along the lines of Game Changers Academy modules) – it will not be a webinar. Seating is limited.
- To participate, after registering you will receive a short task to complete before the workshop – only those who complete the Pre-work will receive a link to the meeting.
- We are counting on your commitment, so don’t plan other activities during the workshop. This is the time for your development.
- For your comfort, make sure you have a place that is conducive to concentration. We recommend attending the meeting using a computer/laptop with the camera on. Have your smartphone prepared at hand. You will be using it during the simulation.
If you need to cancel your participation, please inform us as soon as possible, no later than January 20. This will allow us to preserve the structure of the workshop and invite another person from the reserve list to the event.
