A state management simulation serving as a metaphor for leading a multi-level organization amid crisis, change, turbulence, and chaos. The training focuses on information management and developing an organizational culture that balances efficiency with a human-centered leadership approach. A very dynamic experience, full of emotions and time pressure that brings the entire management team together in one shared experience for up to 50 people.
