Bartłomiej Jedliński
As Director of the Sales Quality Office at PKO BP, he has been immersed in the banking industry from the very start of his career. From working as a Bank Advisor during his studies to moving through regional structures and eventually joining the bank’s headquarters, his journey has been one of continuous growth and specialization.
He initially focused on internal communication before completing postgraduate studies in strategic communication management at the Warsaw School of Economics. He then took on responsibility for service standards at the country’s seventh-largest bank. Since joining PKO Bank Polski in 2013, he has led projects focused on the customer life cycle, including developing a retention process for Poland’s largest bank.
Since 2015, he has been back in the field of quality management and service standards, and for the past two years, he has served as Director of the Sales Quality Office. A strong advocate of open and friendly communication, he is passionate about exploring new ways to leverage technology.
Privately, he is a father of three and recently discovered a love for road cycling.
