On Friday, March 26, join us for another coffee as part of the 2nd edition of Game Changers Coffee! As you know, in this series we focus on management challenges. Game Changers Coffee meetings are a reference to the issues we address in Game Changers Academy Power Shot workshops – short, energetic and interactive workshops for top leaders, managers, board members and key executives.
On March 26, Friday morning, we will meet Paulina Bednarczyk, Group Chief Operating Officer at NGL Services and Head of onTRAQ.
Paulina Bednarczyk will share with us over coffee her more than 20 years of experience in the professional and legal services industry. She is currently Chief Operating Officer of NGL Group companies. In addition, since February she has been developing the onTRAQ project, which is a development environment for start-ups and scale-ups.
Previously, as Head of GSC, she was responsible for the creation and development of DLA Piper’s shared services center
in Warsaw, covering four areas of law firm support: marketing, HR, finance and IT. After two years of establishing the company, she built a team of 240 people. Among other things, she was responsible for the recruitment plan, the employee development and retention program, the company’s finances, the process transition program and change management, including process improvement – so-called Continuous Improvement.
Interviewer Bartosz Soja will ask, among other things, about effective ways to:
- Involve lower level managers in the implementation of the company’s strategy
- Crossing silos between managers of different departments
- Optimizing, looking at and streamlining processes (within the structure of the organization)
- Passing responsibility ‘downward’
