We see the need to share experiences and clear solutions to help us all navigate more easily in times of uncertainty and constant change. We know that only a few feel comfortable in it. Still, we also know how to reduce the discomfort of going through rapid and unpredictable change through experiences that open heads and provide opportunities to gain a fresh perspective.
During our meeting, we will invite all attendees to participate in one of the best business simulations, brilliantly capturing the realities of a complex business environment that is rapidly changing. Graduate of the second edition of the Game Changers Academy Master of Business Change program (2019). From 2004 to 2021, she was associated with Unilever in the areas of Customer Development and Customer Marketing. She headed Brand Building Deployment in the Baltics, then became Marketing Manager successively in Foods and Ice Cream. When Lipton Teas and Infusions became an independent company in 2021, Kasia played a key role in this transformation in Poland and Eastern Europe. She emphasizes that creating a new company and an effective team in times of pandemic was a great success. Today Lipton Teas and Infusions is leading the transformation of the tea category worldwide. Kasia is a mentor and believes in a passionate business providing sustainable growth, profit and social mission at the same time. She has also recently become a Gestalt psychotherapist. She founded Tree of Life Publishing House, which aims to publish books to help you grow and develop.

Trainer, facilitator and group process facilitator.
Trained as a journalist, psychologist and mediator. For more than 12 years he has been a soft skills trainer working for business and NGOs. He has been using games and training simulations in his work for a long time, having worked for several years with video game developers as Training Manager at CD Projekt RED studio. Co-author of the book “Where Adults Come From.” Privately, he misses his work as a radio host, to which he has devoted more than a decade of his life.
HEXgame was designed to show that change is not only a challenge and discomfort, but also a cause for growth and development.
It was created by a team of researchers led by Richard D. Duke, in response to an urgent need to educate a cadre of public sector managers in Ghana. It was part of a program to foster development in Third World countries and support an attempt to solve their dramatic socioeconomic problems.
Now we can take advantage of this benefit and transfer the lessons from it to the area of supporting leadership competencies. After the game, we will briefly discuss the lessons learned and invite you to a small refreshment and networking.
