This Friday, February 12, join us for the 2nd edition of Game Changers Coffee! In this series we will focus on the challenges of executives. Game Changers Coffee meetings will relate to the issues we address in Game Changers Academy Power Shot workshops – short, energetic and interactive workshops for top leaders, managers, board members and key executives.
On February 12, we will meet with PAYBACK Poland Managing Director Marcin Pilarski.
Marcin Pilarski will share with us over coffee his many years of experience in management positions, and interviewer Bartosz Soja will ask, among other things, about effective ways to:
- Communicating the company’s vision and strategy to its employees
- Cascading the strategy so that it is internalized at all levels of the organization
- Operationalization of the strategy by individual departments, translation of ideas into concrete tasks and activities
- Engage managers and employees around the (new) strategy
