Veronica Rochacka Gagliardi
Weronika is a design strategist with over a decade of experience in strategy building, design management, Design Thinking, and Service Design. She has led projects and trainings for companies such as ING Bank (Poland, Germany, Netherlands), Santander Bank Polska (formerly BZ WBK), Docplanner (ZnanyLekarz.pl), Costa Coffee, Mercer Services Polska, and the National Audiovisual Institute (now FINA).
Her career includes five years at the UK Design Council in London, where she worked as a project manager, supporting businesses, the public sector, and technology transfer offices in education and innovation initiatives.
Since 2013, she has been a lecturer in the Service Design postgraduate program at SWPS University, and since 2020, she has served as the program’s content manager in Poznań. She is also a member of the Program Council of the School of Ideas at SWPS University in Warsaw and co-founder of DESIGN PROVISION.
