Michal Kopczewski
Expert in project management and process improvement in organizations, consultant, mentor, trainer and author of books. Specializes in implementing best practices and project management culture in companies. He hosts the podcast “Straight about projects” (straightoprojects.pl).
He started his consulting career at Arthur Andersen in 1996 and has since worked with PwC, IBM, and other leading firms, managing numerous reorganization projects. Consulting remains his main focus, but he is also an experienced trainer.
For years, he has been teaching effective project and process management, including at postgraduate programs at the Warsaw School of Economics and in Harvard Business Review management courses.
In collaboration with Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, he co-developed and conducts TRIP—a game designed to promote best practices for project teams.
As part of his social activities, he is president of the Royal Golf Club in Wilanow. He is involved in the popularization of golf in Poland.
