Marcin Pilarski
Marcin Pilarski has served as Managing Director / CEO of PAYBACK Poland since July 2018.
Before joining PAYBACK, he worked at Travelport (NYSE: TVPT), where he held the role of Vice President of Global Product and Marketing for the Agency Commerce business line. In this position, he was responsible for developing products, solutions, and services available in 170 markets, serving 68,000 customers worldwide. Prior to that, as Managing Director for Eastern Europe, he led operations in 25 countries, including Russia and Poland, for five years.
A graduate of the Poznań University of Economics, he has a strong professional interest in leadership theories and their application in building high-performance teams that consistently achieve outstanding results.
Outside of work, he enjoys an active lifestyle, preferably spent with his family, and is passionate about a variety of sports.
