Magdalena Luzniak – Piecha
Holds a PhD in Psychology and is a university lecturer at SWPS University, specializing in socio-cultural psychology.
She develops and implements systems designed to enhance cross-cultural sensitivity, foster understanding of diverse perspectives and value systems, and improve cross-border communication. Her recent research explores the impact of pathological managerial personalities on organizational culture.
