For nearly 20 years at Carrefour Group, she has combined her passion for products with her passion for people. Her career in retail began with an internship in France, followed by various operational roles at Carrefour Poland.
With 13 years of experience in HR, she has been responsible for human resources and social capital strategy in Carrefour’s omnichannel organization since 2016. This includes overseeing three traditional store formats, as well as e-commerce and marketplace operations.
She founded the Taste of Career program and training center, driven by her belief that professionalism and employee well-being are key to building strong customer relationships.
