Joanna Heidtman
A long-time researcher at the Institute of Sociology, Jagiellonian University and a former scholarship recipient at Cornell University, USA, she currently teaches in postgraduate programs at SWPS University, AGH University of Science and Technology, and the University of Economics in Kraków.
She is the co-manager at the consulting firm Heidtman & Piasecki, as well as the co-founder of the Foundation for Intellectual Capital and the SensoLab platform. She specializes in consulting projects on organizational culture, change management, innovative learning and development strategies, leadership, and building high-performing teams.
She is the author of several books, including “In Harmony with Self, In Harmony with Others”, “Group Processes, and “SenseLab – 7 Ways to Create Value in Organizations and Teams”.
