A business mentor with extensive hands-on experience at the strategic level in service industries, she has held senior management roles in business and new product development, strategic marketing, and sales management, particularly in dynamic change and restructuring environments.
She specializes in training programs on strategic management, business skills, and personal leadership. As a mentor, she supports leaders in developing business, product, and management strategies, helping them navigate complex challenges and drive sustainable growth.
She has completed over 850 hours of business and management mentoring and nearly 200 hours of business coaching for senior executives, including executive coaching.
She delivers training programs in team management, communication, and modern leadership and is the creator and implementer of train-the-trainer programs for sales teams, having trained several hundred sales professionals in a leading media industry corporation.
As a co-creator and assessor in Development Center projects, she has worked with senior managers in the financial sector, supporting their professional growth and leadership development.
She also serves as a lecturer in business coaching at the Wroclaw School of Banking.
