Barbara Bogusz
She has over 20 years of experience in talent development and personnel management, gained in large organizations, including 11 years in the retail sector.
During the most dynamic growth phase at Jeronimo Martins Polska—with approximately 300 new store openings per year and the launch of new distribution centers—she was responsible for all operational HR functions. She later served as HR Director at Euro-net sp. z o.o., the owner of the RTV Euro AGD brand.
Since August 2021, she has been a part of the SMYK Group.
She studied at the Faculty of Medicine at Warsaw Medical University and later pursued a doctoral program in Entrepreneurship at the Warsaw School of Economics. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
