Agnieszka Wrona
She studied Psychology at the Jagiellonian University, specializing in Organizational Psychology. A certified coach, she completed the one-year “Coach” course at Metrum Psychological Workshops and Consultancy and the advanced coaching skills program “Train the Trainer” at New Motivations. She is an ICF-accredited coach at the Equipped level, a certified Competence Game partner, and an Extended DISC consultant for both individuals and teams.
With over 3,000 hours of training and 300 hours of coaching under her belt, she is an expert in competency games, using online gaming methods to measure skills and behaviors. She has managed large-scale research and recruitment projects and, as a consultant, helps companies develop and refine HR policies and processes.
An experienced assessor and designer of Assessment & Development Center methods, she specializes in creating tools that support talent management and organizational growth.
