On July 13, 2023, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, we are organizing a leaders’ meeting where we want to share our knowledge and collective experience in building resilience, both of our personal and the entire organization.

The “Comfort in Change and Ambiguity” meeting will also be the conclusion of the coffee talk series. We want to thank you again for participating in this event and sharing your experience and lessons learned with the entire coffee community. We will conduct the meeting in the form of a panel discussion, during which we will talk about our ways to “keep calm in times of turbulence.”

We see the need to share experiences and clear solutions to help us all navigate more easily in times of uncertainty and constant change. We know that only a few feel comfortable in it. Still, we also know how to reduce the discomfort of going through rapid and unpredictable change through experiences that open heads and provide opportunities to gain a fresh perspective.

During our meeting, we will invite all attendees to participate in one of the best business simulations, brilliantly capturing the reality of a complex business environment that is changing rapidly and rapidly. HEXGame is part of Power Shot’s offering of short, dynamic meetings for top staff and leaders – a great opportunity to see how it works and what it brings.

What will you learn during a leaders’ meeting with the HEXGame simulation?

The panel discussion will be moderated by Joanna Średnicka – CEO of Pracownia Gier Szkoleniowych, and will be honored with the participation of the following invited panelists: Michał Żyliński – Solutions Architect at Google , Julita Rudolf COO of Catalog of Dreams, Łukasz Curyło Director of PUP in Jaworzno and Magda Garncarek sociologist and strategist. We will talk to them about building resilience, going through difficult changes and how they find comfort in a very volatile environment.

Sign up for an appointment ( it only takes 3 minutes):

HEXGame is a simulation designed to show that change is not only a challenge and discomfort, but also a cause for growth and development.
It was created by a team of researchers led by Richard D. Duke, in response to an urgent need to educate a cadre of public sector managers in Ghana. It was part of a program to promote development in Third World countries and support in an attempt to solve their dramatic socioeconomic problems.

Now we can take advantage of this benefit and transfer the lessons from it to the area of supporting leadership competencies. After the game, we will briefly discuss the lessons learned and invite you to a small refreshment and networking.
