GCA Essentials is a variant of the Academy implemented in 2019 after the success of 2 consecutive editions of GCA. The concept was created in response to the needs of organizations looking for new development methods of their talent, HiPo’s and leaders to-be. It is a variant consisting of modules that can be selected and adjusted to concrete business challenges of the company.

The program was designed basing on the needs of an insurance company. It is dedicated to the group of Top Talents representing employees from different departments and places in the structure of the organization and being responsible for the implementation of innovations. The company’s need is to create and strengthen the group of Game Changers who will be gradually included in the company strategic projects.
That is why the following 5 competences were chosen as the most essential for a modern company and to be developed by Game Changers Academy participants.
The program takes up to 5 months. We have conducted an ‘express learning ‘edition consisting of more frequent meetings and enabling us to complete a 5-module program in less than 5 months. We have also completed a tailor-made GCA Essentials program in a more complex form: simultaneously for two management levels (middle and top management). This program took 6 months. In 2019 we launched an in-house managers development academy planned for 10 months and consisting of 10 modules as in the case of the GCA Master of Business Change program.
